Notes:
- Bring own water bottles and boots.
- Toilet is located opposite the road at the CC.
- Pls bring shin guards.
- In the case of inclement weather (heavy downpour, thunderstorm, etc) game will be cancelled. Will inform u guys on the morning itself, so it's imperative I have your contact numbers.
- For those who drive, nearest parking is next to the the field.

Ryan has quit the team to pursue his interest in softball. The youth captain post will be temporarily held by Sebas until January when we will go thru our 1/2 yearly nominations. On behalf of all in the team, we want to wish Ryan all the best in his future endeavors.

Midlands Wolves Youth Team vs Rusty Star FC
FT Score: 3-4
HT Score: 2-2
Goals: Martin, Wenjie-pen, Wenjie
Cards: Nil

Formation: 4-4-2
Starting Line up: Sebas, Yeepoo, Jerry, Dun Rong, Calvin, Martin, Welson, Ryan, Raj, Kelvin, JJ
Subs used: Wenjie, Issac, Jia Jun, Syafiq
When the game started, it was an edgy affair with possesion being about 50-50 as both teams were trying to get into the game. Most of the game was played out in midfield at the early stage. MW Youths did well to contain Rusty Star players, limiting them to long shots which Sebas did well to hold. Jerry was very commanding in defence and many times, he was the last thing that stood between the Rusty Star forwards and our keeper. The first goal came from Rusty Star when one of their players fell inside the box. It was a dodgy decision by the ref as the players were pretty sure the contact was very slight. But as it is, the penalty taker put the ball in the net. 0-1 to Rusty Star. Wenjie came on in midfield to replace Raj, who was having an off day in the middle of the park. Wenjie combined well with Welson to start more attacking moves. One such move had a sequence of 3-4 passes, and JJ fed Martin who managed to beat the offside, and he beat the keeper as well, curling a low shot round the keeper into the net. 1-1. Rusty Star started to find direction in their tactics and started putting more pressure on our flanks, keeping Yee Poo and Calvin very busy. From one such throw in, the ball was flicked into the penalty area. Calvin was there to challenge for the high ball with the opponent striker, but he mis-kicked the ball, beating Sebas into our own net. 1-2. MW Youths continued the tradition of showing plenty of fighting spirit and eventually it paid off when dimunitive forward Kelvin, who had a stormer of a game was fed the ball in the box by Martin, and he wsa shoved into the ground by his bigger sized marker. Penalty! Wenjie stepped up and scored the penalty, sending the keeper diving the wrong way. 2-2! It was Wenjie's first goal in the last 3-4 games. Half time.
The second half resumed with Yu Xiang replacing the fatigued Martin. The earlier part of the half saw MW Youths having greater possession and more composed play. JJ had an opportunity but his shot was way too wide. Next up, Kelvin found himself at the end of some good work down the left wing by Ryan, but he over run the ball the the chance goes a begging. Syafiq on for the tired Ryan. Raj on for Yeepoo.Exploiting our lack of pace down the wings, Rusty Star managed to outpace Raj and run into the box. Jerry tried to intercept but the low cross came early and found a Rusty Star player who was free and he duly put the ball into the net from 4 yards out. 2-3. Jia Jun on for Kelvin. Our equaliser came when Wenjie, taking the ball from 40 yards out on the right , ran with the ball unchallenged and released a 30 yards screamer out of nowhere that hit the top right corner of goal. Keeper had no chance. What a goal! 3-3! Isaac on for JJ. Jerry pulled a muscle and had to be replaced with Yee Poo, Calvin shifted to centre back. The remaining 5 mins were mainly all Rusty Star and they started to dominate space. They managed to find the space to score to make the final score 3-4 to Rusty Star.
